Mon.-Fri. 8:00am - 5:00pm: Up to 2 consecutive hours can be booked by any one user. These slots can be booked up to 1 week in advance.
Mon.-Fri. 5:00pm - 8:00pm: Up to 3 consecutive hours of time can be booked by any one user. These slots can be booked up to 1 week in advance.
Mon.-Fri. 8:00pm - 8:00am: Up to 12 consecutive hours of time can be booked by any one user. These slots can be booked up to 1 week in advance.
Weekends (Saturday 8:00 am - Monday 8:00 am) and holidays: Up to 48 consecutive hours of time can be booked by any one user. These slots can be booked up to 1 week in advance.
When necessary, the NMR Facility staff may book time in excess of these amounts to accommodate service requests. Such time bookings will be entered as “NMR Lab for……….”.
Time slots for one user cannot be booked by another user.
Overnight acquisitions (Mon - Fri) must be started no earlier than 7:00 pm.
Illegally booked time slots will be cancelled without notice.
Time is in 24 hour format.
When booking time, include your own name, the FAMILY NAME of your Supervisor, and your telephone extension in the "text for event" field. (e.g. Fred/Alper/6082) |
